Chivas Regal was looking for a tech partner to “craft” a digitally immersive experience to capture customer attention and motivate brand engagement by applying specific techniques such as game mechanics found in behavioral science.
Zarego became a main actor and finally took over discovery process, full management, development, cloud architecture & infrastructure deployment. Working for over 6 months, today more and more active users are using this wonderfull whisky experience.
A gamified experience
To make the experience more memorable, we designed a web app based on delivering a gamification experience and educational content that leads the user through different rooms, each designed to reveal to the guests the secrets of the exclusive Chivas Regal flavors and blends.
Engagement strategy by learning
The main goals of this gamification branded environment were to enhanced certain abilities, introduce objectives that give learning a purpose, support behavior change, and socialize. All this achieved in a fun way to gain engagement with the Chivas audience.
